本标准为首次制定。本标准规定了土方机械的铰接机架锁紧装置的性能要求，其设计用于防止土方机械在运输或维修时的意外摆动。本标准适用于ＧＢ／Ｔ８４９８定义的具有铰接机架的土方机械。为便于使用，本标准做了下列编辑性修改：
