This standard specifies terms and definitions, requirements, test method and inspection rules, as well as marking, packaging, storage and transportation of building structure crack split-stopping tape (hereinafter referred to as split-stopping tape)
This standard is applicable to acid/alkali-resistant synthetic-fiber reelable strip composite piece that is arranged tangentially on the surface of core layer, as which the synthetic high polymer material with the elastic modulus of (200~300)MPa is regarded, and formed by hot-rolled method. It is mainly used between corresponding trowel finish and structural joint of main buildings with structures of masonry and frame-shear, so as to prevent crack in corresponding trowel finish position caused by structural joint distortion or split. Application is detailed in Appendix A.
