Performance test methods for fuel cell system 1 Scope This document specifies the test methods for fuel cell system such as normal temperature starting characteristics, low temperature cold starting characteristics, steady-state characteristics, dynamic response characteristics, dynamic average efficiency, high temperature operation test, airtightness test, insulation resistance test, mass and power density test.
