本标准规定了化妆品中41种糖皮质激素的液相色谱/串联质谱方法和薄层层析方法二种测定方法。
本标准液相色谱/串联质谱测定方法适用于化妆品中糖皮质激素的定量测定,其检出限为0.03μg/g,定量限为0.1μg/g。
本标准薄层层析方法适用于化妆品中糖皮质激素的定性筛选。点样量为10 mg 时,其检出限为50μg/g;点样量为20mg时,其检出限可达25μg/g。
