GB/T25749的本部分规定了测量安装在机器上的排气系统捕获效率的方法。该方法基于示踪技术,并且能在所有类型的试验环境(试验台、室内和室外,见GB/T25749.1)中操作。
本技术只有在示踪气体的空气动力学特性与真实污染物具有可比性的情况下才适用(见7.1.1)。
测量排气系统捕获效率可用于:
a) 机器排气系统性能的评估;
b) 排气系统改进的评估;
c) 比较类似的机器排气系统的设计;
d) 按照捕获效率将排气系统分级;
e) 确定排气系统实现给定捕获效率水平所要求的空气流量;
f) 根据捕获效率确定机器排气系统的技术水平。
