3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions given in GB/T 26875.1 apply to this document.
4 Functional Requirements
4.1 After the software is started and run or after a login operation, it shall automatically enter the receiving working state.
4.2 The software shall have operation confirmation prompts for functions such as parameter configuration, shift handover, onduty/offduty state switching, and exiting.
4.3 The software interface shall be displayed in Chinese. It shall have display interfaces for text information, geographic information and video information, and shall display, but not be limited to, the following information:
a) Unreceived information;
b) Date and time information;
c) Software version information;
d) Receiving agent seat and receiving agent information;
e) Offduty or onduty status information of receiving agents;
f) Communication connection status information.
Among the above information, the content in a) shall not be covered.
4.4 When two or more agent seats are online simultaneously receiving information, the software shall have functions for the assignment management of unreceived information to agent seats, for taking over information, and for transferring and pushing information.
4.5 During information processing, there shall be an indication of the receiving process. For improper operations, there shall be an alarm prompt.
4.6 The display interfaces for text information, geographic information and video information shall have associated operation functions. When processing newly received information on the text information display interface, the geographic information display interface and the video information display interface shall automatically switch to the corresponding geographic location and video interface. When performing a positioning operation on the geographic information display interface, the relevant location information shall be able to be extracted into the text information display interface.
4.7 The software shall be able to record and query the offduty and onduty times of receiving agents, the shift handover times of receiving agents, and duty notes, and shall have a log viewing function. The operation log shall include, but not be limited to, the start and exit times of the software, the times and content of parameter configuration changes, the times and content of software error prompts, and the times and status information of communication connection status changes.
4.8 The software shall have a time synchronisation function. The time deviation after time synchronisation shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 26875.1.
4.9 The software shall be able to receive, display, process and query the fire facility operational status information of networked units.
4.10 The software shall be able to display and query the fire safety management information of networked units, and shall be able to monitor and process the dynamic management information of the fire safety management information of networked units.
