explosion
chemical reaction or state change that generates high temperature and releases a large amount of gas in a very short time, resulting in high pressure in the surrounding medium
3.2
explosive substances
substance that can produce gas by chemical reaction, and whose temperature, pressure and speed are high enough to cause damage to its surroundings. Pyrotechnic substances are included even if they do not release gas
