1 Scope
This part of GB/T 28004 specifies the product classification, technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of disposable diapers for baby, huggies diapers and urine pads (nursing mats).
This part is applicable to disposable diapers for baby, huggies diapers and baby urine pads (nursing mats) made of outer covering materials, built-in absorbent layers and leak-proof lowest membranes. This part is also applicable to baby diapers for swimming, diapers for low-birth-weight infants and baby diapers with special functions (such as potty training).

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the following terms and definitions apply.
3.1
absorption speed
time required for the sample to absorb a certain amount of test solution
3.2
rewet
after the sample absorbs a certain amount of test solution, the quality of the test solution that returns to the surface layer under a certain pressure
3.3
leakage
after the sample absorbs a certain amount of test solution, the quality of the test solution that penetrates through the leak-proof lowest membrane under a certain pressure
3.4
top sheet SAP residual
super-absorbent polymer attached to the sample surface layer
3.5
foreign material
substances except for the normal components and forms of disposable diapers for baby, huggies diapers and baby urine pads (nursing mats)
4 Product classification
4.1 According to the product design, it is divided into disposable diapers for baby, huggies diapers and baby urine pads (nursing mats).
4.2 Disposable diapers for baby are divided into waist-attached diapers and pants-type diapers according to their wearing style.
4.3 Disposable diapers for baby and huggies diapers may be divided into different models according to product specifications, such as Newborn (NB), Small (S), Medium (M), Large (L), Extra Large (XL), Extra Extra LARGE (XXL), etc.
