Introduction of GB/T 28905-2012

1 Scope This standard specifies the expression method of designation, order contents, dimension, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules as well as packaging, marking and certification of low yield strength steel plates for construction. This standard is applicable to thick steel plates used for the manufacture of aseismic and energy dissipation member of buildings (e.g. energy dissipation member), with the thickness no greater than 100mm. 2 Normative References The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document.
