GB/T 29548-2024 High speed precision straight side press – Testing of the accuracy
1 Scope
This document specifies the accuracy class and inspection requirements of high speed precision straight side presses, and describes the accuracy inspection methods.
This document is applicable to high speed precision straight side presses.
2 Normative references
The following documents contain requirements which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition (including any amendments) applies.
GB/T 8170 Rules of rounding off for numerical values & expression and judgment of limiting values
GB/T 10923 Test code of accuracy for metal forming machine
GB/T 35091 Straight-sided high-speed mechanical power presses - Types and basic parameters
3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 35091 and the following apply.
3.1
accuracy and repeatability at bottom dead center
tolerance of the change of the bottom dead center position of the slider during the operation of the high speed precision straight side press
3.2
temperature increase and speed increase
process in which the high speed precision straight side press runs in an accelerated mode from the initial state and accelerates to the maximum rated speed of the press within a certain period of time
3.3
temperature increase and speed unchange
process of adjusting the speed of a high speed precision straight side press from the end of the temperature increase and speed increase test to 80% of the rated maximum speed, and running at a constant speed at that speed
3.4
temperature unchange and speed unchange
process of a high speed precision straight side press reaching thermal equilibrium through constant speed operation and running at 80% of the rated maximum speed at a constant speed
3.5
initial state
state where the shutdown time of the high speed precision straight side press exceeds 10 hours
4 Accuracy class
4.1 The accuracy of high speed precision straight side presses (hereinafter referred to as presses) is divided into two classes: precise and ultra-precise. Examples of the uses of each accuracy class are shown in Table 1.
Table 1
Class Examples of uses
Precise Used for high-speed stamping of precision parts such as motor cores, E/1 iron cores and lead frames with general accuracy requirements
Ultra-precise Used for high-precision blanking of ultra-thin materials, high-speed stamping of ultra-precision parts such as high-efficiency micro-motor core and precision lead frame
4.2 If the class is not indicated, the inspection shall be carried out according to the requirements of precision class.
