本部分１９８２年首次发布。 ＧＢ／Ｔ３０７４《石墨电极测定方法》分为５个部分,本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ３０７４的第２部分。本部分代替ＧＢ／Ｔ３０７４．２—１９８２《石墨电极弹性模量测定方法》。本部分规定了石墨电极弹性模量测定原理、仪器设备、试样、试验步骤、结果计算。本部分适用于室温下石墨电极弹性模量的测定。本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ３０７４．２—１９８２相比主要进行了如下修订：
———增加了前言、规范性引用文件、原理、试验结果条款；
———删减了定义、计算公式条款；
———修改了试样条款；
———计算公式中弹性模量单位变为ＧＰａ。
