本文件规定了使用电光源、电源电压不超过250 V、带充电装置的可移式灯具(以下简称为“灯具”)的技术要求。
本文件适用于家用和类似用途的带充电装置的可移式灯具。
本文件不适用于电池可徒手拆卸的灯具，以及：
――打算提供应急照明的灯具；
――打算用在特殊场所的灯具，如存在腐蚀性和爆炸性气体（蒸气或煤气）或爆炸性粉尘的地方；
――用太阳能充电装置充电的灯具。
