Introduction of GB/T 34346-2017
本标准规定了油气管道基于风险的安全隐患（以下简称隐患）分级方法、流程和技术要求，包括管道隐患的排查、评级和处置等内容。
本标准中的隐患仅包括占压，间距不足，不满足规范要求的交叉、并行（含穿跨越），地质灾害和管道本体及附属设施缺陷。
本标准适用于满足GB 50251或GB 50253的陆上长输原油、成品油、天然气管道。油气田集输管道、城镇燃气管道可参照本标准的相关规定执行。
