The fuel consumption in the Charge Sustaining mode test shall not be greater than 85% of the corresponding limit value in GB 20997 (rounded to two decimal places). 4.3.1.2 For Class M2 vehicles (with a maximum design total mass exceeding 3,500 kg), Class M3, Class N2, and Class N3 vehicles, the fuel consumption shall be tested according to GB/T 19754. The fuel consumption in the Energy Balance Operating Phase shall not be greater than 85% of the corresponding limit value in GB 30510 (rounded to one decimal place). For vehicles that do not include an Energy Balance Operating Phase, the converted fuel consumption in the Energy Adjustment Phase (converted using the simple calculation method) shall not be greater than 85% of the corresponding limit value in GB 30510 (rounded to one decimal place). 4.3.2 Emissions Emissions from Class N1 vehicles shall comply with the test methods and requirements of GB 18352.6 or other applicable standards. Emissions from Class M2, Class M3, Class N2, and Class N3 vehicles shall comply with the test methods and requirements of GB 17691, GB 14762 or other applicable standards. 4.4 Charging Interface and Interoperability Vehicles shall have the function of external charging. Depending on the charging method, the requirements and test methods for the charging interface shall comply with GB/T 20234.1, GB/T 20234.2, and GB/T 20234.3. The requirements and test methods for vehicle charging interoperability shall comply with GB/T 34657.2.
