本标准规定了预应力钢筒混凝土管（以下简称PCCP)防腐蚀技术的术语和定义，防腐蚀涂料的材料分类、要求和试验方法，涂装施工、质量控制和验收，管理和维修，安全、卫生和环境保护。
本标准适用于新建的PCCP的表面防腐蚀涂覆工程，预应力混凝土管的表面防腐蚀涂覆工程和PCCP的防腐维修也可参照使用。
