The following technical changes have been made with respect to GB/T 3883.6-2012: ——Foreword: general requirements for safety is changed from GB/T 3883.1-2008 Safety of Hand-held Motor-operated Electric Tools - Part 1: General Requirements to GB/T 3883.1-2014 Safety of Motor-operated Hand-held, Transportable Electric Tools and Lawn and Garden Tools - Part 1: General Requirements, and the standard name is changed accordingly; ——Addition in Scope: this part applies to hand-held drills and impact drills, including diamond core drills and mixers. Addition: This part applies to hand-held drills and impact drills, including diamond core drills and mixers. This part also applies to drills that can be used for installing screwdriver accessories and used as screwdrivers.
