Then, according to the difference in the relative peak area of the specimen under different retention times, the purpose of qualitative identification is realized. 5 Apparatuses, reagents and materials 5.1 Apparatuses 5.1.1 High performance liquid chromatograph: equipped with diode array detector (DAD) and column temperature control device. 5.1.2 Analytical balance: with an accuracy of 0.1mg. 5.1.3 Heating device: oven, with a working temperature range of 50℃~250℃ and an accuracy of ±2℃. 5.1.4 Reaction tube: 50mL, made of stainless steel and having a sealing cover with PTFE inner pad. The reaction tube as shown in Figure 1 is feasible, and other reaction tubes meeting the conditions may also be used.
