Introduction of GB/T 39971-2021
本标准规定了汽车轮胎湿路面相对抓着指数限值和等级要求及试验方法。
本标准适用于新的轿车子午线轮胎和新的微型、轻型载重汽车子午线轮胎和新的载重汽车子午线轮胎。但不包含：轮辋名义直径≤10英寸和轮辋名义直径≥25英寸的轮胎，仅供临时使用的T型备用轮胎，公路型挂车特种专用ST公制轮胎、轻型载重汽车高通过性子午线轮胎，速度能力为80 km/h（不含）以下的载重汽车轮胎，赛车轮胎、镶钉轮胎及专用越野轮胎。
