ＧＢ／Ｔ４０７４—２００８《绕组线试验方法》分为八个部分，本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ４０７４的第１部分。本部分自实施之日起代替ＧＢ／Ｔ４０７４．１—１９９９。GB/T 4074的本部分为绕组线试验方法的一般规定，同时也给出GB/T 4074中的使用的术语定义。GB/T4074.2～GB/T4074.6的内容一览表见附录A。 本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ４０７４．１—１９９９相比，主要变化如下：
———将附录Ａ 中第３部分的５．５．４“薄膜绕包线的附着性试验方法”适用范围改为仅适用于黏结性
薄膜绕包线；
———将附录Ａ 中第３部分第７章中的试验方法１８“热黏合和溶剂黏合试验”改为“热黏合”；
———在附录Ａ 中第３部分增加资料性附录Ｂ“摩擦试验方法”；
———将附录Ａ 中第５部分第６章的介质损耗因数适用范围改为“适用于漆包线和束线”；
———在附录Ａ 中第５部分电性能试验中增加４．６“丝包圆线”，增加规范性附录Ａ“损耗因数法”；
———修改了附录Ａ 中第６部分第４章中试验方法１０“软化击穿”试验的适用范围；
———将提示性的附录Ａ 改为资料性附录Ａ。
