本文件描述了采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪（简称ICP光谱仪）测试石墨材料当量硼含量的原理、仪器设备、试剂与材料、试样、试验步骤、结果计算及试验报告。
本文件适用于总当量硼含量低于2 μg/g的高纯石墨材料中锂、硼、钠、硅、钾、钙、钛、钒、铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锶、钼、银、镉、钡、钐、铕、钆、镝、钍、铀等25种元素当量硼含量的测定。其他元素或其他材料的测定可参照使用。
