1 Scope
This standard specifies the dimension, shape, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of stainless steel wire rods.
This standard is applicable to the manufacturing of hot-rolled wire rods for stainless steel wire, stainless upsetting steel wire, stainless spring steel wire and steel wire rope, but not applicable to welded wire rods.
