Technical specification for corrosion monitoring and testing of steel reinforced concrete 1 Scope This document specifies the composition, test point distribution, installation, commissioning, acceptance, and operation of the corrosion monitoring and testing system for steel reinforced concrete (hereinafter referred to as the "monitoring and testing system"), and describes the corrosion evaluation methods for steel reinforced concrete. This document is applicable to the corrosion monitoring and testing, corrosion evaluation, and engineering acceptance of steel reinforcement in steel reinforced concrete structures. It can be used for steel reinforced concrete structures without cathodic protection and those with cathodic protection. 2 Normative references The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies.
