General technical requirements for intelligent furniture 1 Scope This document specifies the requirements, inspection rules, marking, instructions for use, packaging, storage and transportation of intelligent furniture products, and describes the corresponding test methods. Fume hood QB/T 5590 Infant mattress QB/T 5617 General technical requirements for beds IEC 60417 Graphical symbols for use on equipment IEC 62471:2006 Photobiological safety of lamps and lamp systems 3 Terms and definitions For the purposes of this document, the following terms and definitions apply. 3.1 intelligent furniture furniture that has functions such as voice interaction, body interaction, data collection and monitoring, data transmission and storage, processing and adjustment based on perception data, remote control, etc., and realizes transformation of such functions through human-machine or information interaction 3.2 operation device device in intelligent furniture that realizes the movement, functional regulation or transformation of furniture or components through an electromechanical system (or other system) 3.3 access area part where users at the functional position of the product can access under normal use of product 3.4 sensor module functional device or unit composed of sensitive elements and transduction elements, which can sense external environment or detect external actions, and can convert perceived non-electrical quantities into electric parameters and output them 4 Requirements 4.1 Basic performance 4.1.1 The quality of intelligent furniture products shall meet the requirements of the corresponding standards in Table A.1, Annex A. 4.1.2 After test according to product standards, the circuits and components of the product shall be free from damage, and all functions of the product shall be normal. 4.1.3 Intelligent furniture with operation devices shall meet the requirements of 4.1.2 after 5,000 regulations and operations. 4.1.4 After the mechanical strength test, the electronic component housing shall meet the requirements of the relevant standards in Annex B. 4.1.5 Intelligent functions shall be identified in the instruction for use. 4.1.6 For furniture products containing software and hardware, the software and hardware shall be safe and reliable, the hardware shall have strong anti-interference ability, and the software shall be provided with a permission security system.
