1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate, and purchase order (or contract) information for aluminium and aluminium alloys extruded seamless tubes.
This document is applicable to the production and inspection of aluminium and aluminium alloys extruded seamless tubes for general industrial applications (hereinafter referred to as "tubes").

For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 8005.1 and GB/T 26492.5 apply.
4 Classification
4.1 Designations, tempers, and dimensions
The designations, tempers, and dimensions of the tubes shall meet those specified in Table 1. If the purchaser has additional requirements regarding the designations, tempers, or dimensions, these shall be determined through consultation between the supplier and the purchaser and indicated in the purchase order (or contract).

1 Scope
This document specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificate, and purchase order (or contract) information for aluminium and aluminium alloys extruded seamless tubes.
