GB/T 44510-2024 Technical requirement for maintenance and repair of new energy vehicle
1 Scope
This document specifies the general requirements, safety requirements, maintenance items and requirements and technical requirements for repair and completion of new energy vehicles.
This document is applicable to the maintenance and repair of battery electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and fuel cell electric vehicles using gaseous hydrogen. Other types of new energy vehicles shall be implemented with reference to this document.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this document, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 2900.41, GB/T 5624, GB/T 19596 and GB/T 24548 and the following apply.
3.1
routine equipment
equipment of new energy vehicles with the same structure and function as that of fuel (gas) vehicles
Note: Mainly including but not limited to brake system, steering system, driving system, transmission system and other traditional mechanical systems (components) and low-voltage electrical systems.
3.2
high voltage power system
high voltage power component system that is connected to the DC bus of the power battery or driven by the power battery power supply above the B-level voltage inside the electric vehicle
Note: Mainly including but not limited to power battery system and/or high voltage distribution system (high voltage relays, fuses, resistors, main switches, etc.), motor and its controller system, DC/DC converter and vehicle charger, etc.

special equipment
unique equipment of new energy vehicles with respect to fuel (gas) vehicles
Note: Mainly including but not limited to vehicle hydrogen supply system, fuel cell system, voltage power system and its related accessories.

4 General requirements
4.1 The maintenance and repair of new energy vehicles shall include the maintenance and repair of routine equipment and special equipment of vehicles.
4.2 The maintenance of new energy vehicles shall include daily maintenance and periodic maintenance. Daily maintenance is only for the visual part of the inspection, and shall be carried out by the driver. Periodic maintenance shall be carried out by professionals.
4.3 Routine equipment maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 18344 and routine equipment repair shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 3798.
4.4 The maintenance cycle of special equipment shall be determined in accordance with the requirements of the maintenance technical information disclosed by the vehicle manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as "vehicle maintenance technical information"), combined with the vehicle category, vehicle operating conditions, mileage, road conditions and service life.
4.5 Daily maintenance items of special equipment and maintenance items under different maintenance cycles shall be determined in accordance with vehicle maintenance technical information and Clause 6.
4.6 When carrying out periodic maintenance, the diagnostic instrument or special testing equipment shall be used first to carry out factory inspection of the special equipment, read the fault code, and determine the additional operation items of the special equipment according to the driver's feedback of the vehicle technical conditions.
4.7 The maintenance technical requirements of each system component involved in the maintenance process of the special equipment shall meet the requirements of Clause 7, and if the vehicle manufacturer has special requirements, it shall meet the requirements of the vehicle maintenance technical information.
4.8 The power battery shall be balanced in accordance with the cycle and method specified in the vehicle maintenance technical information.
