GB/T 44510-2024 Technical requirement for maintenance and repair of new energy vehicle 1 Scope This document specifies the general requirements, safety requirements, maintenance items and requirements and technical requirements for repair and completion of new energy vehicles. This document is applicable to the maintenance and repair of battery electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid electric vehicles and fuel cell electric vehicles using gaseous hydrogen. Other types of new energy vehicles shall be implemented with reference to this document. 2 Normative references The following documents contain requirements which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document. Daily maintenance is only for the visual part of the inspection, and shall be carried out by the driver. Periodic maintenance shall be carried out by professionals. 4.3 Routine equipment maintenance shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 18344 and routine equipment repair shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 3798. 4.4 The maintenance cycle of special equipment shall be determined in accordance with the requirements of the maintenance technical information disclosed by the vehicle manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as "vehicle maintenance technical information"), combined with the vehicle category, vehicle operating conditions, mileage, road conditions and service life. 4.5 Daily maintenance items of special equipment and maintenance items under different maintenance cycles shall be determined in accordance with vehicle maintenance technical information and Clause 6. 4.6 When carrying out periodic maintenance, the diagnostic instrument or special testing equipment shall be used first to carry out factory inspection of the special equipment, read the fault code, and determine the additional operation items of the special equipment according to the driver's feedback of the vehicle technical conditions. 4.7 The maintenance technical requirements of each system component involved in the maintenance process of the special equipment shall meet the requirements of Clause 7, and if the vehicle manufacturer has special requirements, it shall meet the requirements of the vehicle maintenance technical information. 4.8 The power battery shall be balanced in accordance with the cycle and method specified in the vehicle maintenance technical information.
