本标准规定了重量法测定丙酮在沸点附近从磨细的酚醛模塑制品中抽提的可溶物的含量。
本标准适用于酚醛模塑制品中丙酮可溶物的测定。
丙酮可溶物试验是测定由给定材料制成的酚醛模塑制品相对固化程度的方法。抽提过程应在指定条件下,于规定时间内进行。虽然绝大部分可溶物测定出来了,但抽提作用不一定完全。其结果只是比较性的,因为除了可能存在的未固化树脂抽提物,通常还含有其他物质,如润滑剂、着色剂和增塑剂。
