本标准涉有无线电接力系统传输的声音节目模拟信道的测量方法。这些测量只与音频频带有关；是对无线电接力系统基带要求的测量：包括电视（第三部分第三节）。频分复用电话（第三部分第四节）和相互干扰（第三部分第五节）等的补充。实际上，声音信道可以由使用调频副载波的模拟技术（附录A A.1）或使用时分复用的数字技术得到。在下面的条款中叙述的测量方法适用于使用副载波的声音节目传输，这些副载波位于基带内电视信道之上。但是，这些测量方法也适用于使用无线电接力系统的其他方法的声音节目传输。相关的国际无线电咨询委员会（CCIR）和国际电报，电话咨询委员会（CCITT）的建议和报告，在附录A中给出。一般说来，本标准中所叙述的测量方法都与上述的建议或报告相一致。
