Code for management of engineering contracting projects
1 Scope
1.0.1 This code is developed with a view to improving the management level of engineering project engineering procurement construction (EPC) contracting, promoting the scientification, standardization and legalization of the management of engineering project engineering procurement construction (EPC) contracting, and promoting the management of engineering project engineering procurement construction (EPC) contracting in line with international standards.
1.0.2 This code is applicable to management of projects by the project organizations of EPC contracting enterprises after the signing of the EPC contract for the engineering project.
1.0.3 This code is the basic basis for regulating the management behavior of engineering project engineering procurement construction (EPC) contracting.
1.0.4 EPC contracting enterprises shall establish quality management system covering the whole process of design, procurement, construction and commissioning, occupational health and safety management system and environmental management system, so as to ensure the quality, function and characteristics of project products and services and meet the requirements of the contract parties and related parties.
1.0.5 EPC contracting enterprises shall establish a project management system covering the whole process of design, procurement, construction and commissioning, so as to improve the execution efficiency and benefit of project.
1.0.6 For the engineering project engineering procurement construction (EPC) contracting, the responsibility system of project manager and the project cost accounting system shall be implemented.
1.0.7 For the engineering project engineering procurement construction (EPC) contracting, advanced project management technology and method shall be adopted.
1.0.8 The management of engineering project engineering procurement construction (EPC) contracting shall meet those specified in both this code and the relevant laws, regulations and mandatory standards of the nation.
