本标准适用于钨，钛、铌、钽，铬，钼，钒，锆、铪的碳化物，这些碳化物与粘结金属的混合粉(无润滑剂和粘结剂)以及由这些碳化物生产的所有牌号的预烧结或烧结过的硬质合金中总碳量的测定。测定范围4．00％以上。本标准遵守GB 1467―78《冶金产：品化学分析方法标准的总则及一般规定》。本标准等效采用国际标准ISO 3907―1977《硬质合金一总碳量的测定一重量法》。
