Introduction of GB/T 5258-2008

本标准于1985年首次发布，1995年第一次修订，本次为第二次修订。
本标准代替GB/T 5258-1995《纤维增强塑料薄层板压缩性能试验方法》。本标准规定规定了纤维增强塑料的面内压缩性能试验方法的原理、试验设备、试样、环境条件、试验步骤、结果计算及试验报告等。
本标准适用于测定纤维增强塑料的面内压缩强度、压缩弹性模量、压缩割线模量、最大压缩应变、压缩应力应变曲线。
本标准与GB/T 5258-1995相比主要变化如下：
———标准名称由《纤维增强塑料薄层板压缩性能试验方法》改为《纤维增强塑料面内压缩性能试验方法》；
———修改加载夹具，按被测材料性能的高低分为3类（GB/T 5258-1995中的5.2，本标准的5.4）；
———修改试样尺寸和形状（GB/T 5258-1995中的６．１，本标准的６．１）；
———对试样两侧应变读数的一致性程度作出量化规定（见8.4）；
———增加与ISO 14126标准结构差异对照表（见附录Ａ）。
