本标准是对ＧＢ／Ｔ５５１５—１９８５《粮食、油料检验　粗纤维素测定法》的修订。本标准自实施之日起代替ＧＢ／Ｔ５５１５—１９８５。本标准规定了用介质过滤法测定粮食中粗纤维含量的手工操作和半自动操作的测定步骤。本标准适用于粗纤维含量高于１０ｇ／ｋｇ的谷物、豆类以及动物饲料中粗纤维素含量的测定。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ５５１５—１９８５相比主要变化如下：
