ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９《漆包圆绕组线》分为２２个部分，本部分为ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９的第７部分。本部分自实施之日起代替ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９．７—１９９０。本部分与ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９．７—１９９０相比，主要变化如下：
———１３０Ｌ 级聚酯漆包铜圆线与１３０级聚酯漆包铜圆线除了热冲指标外所有结构尺寸和性能指标均相同。其中热冲温度均为１５５℃，但卷绕倍径放大。因此ＩＥＣ６０３１７３４：１９９７的１３０Ｌ 级正好相当于ＧＢ／Ｔ６１０９．７—１９９０的１３０级。此次修订按等同原则明确热级为１３０Ｌ 级；
———导体标称直径范围由原来的０．０１８ｍｍ～３．１５０ｍｍ（１级）和０．０１８ｍｍ～５．０００ｍｍ（２级）分别调整为０．０５０ｍｍ～３．１５０ｍｍ 和０．０５０ｍｍ～５．０００ｍｍ（２级），取消了微细规格；
———用于计算剥离试验用转数的常数犓由１５０ｍｍ 改为１３０ｍｍ；
———增加了针孔试验项目。GB/T 6109的本部分规定了以聚酯树脂为基的单一漆层130级漆包铜圆线的要求。
