GB/T8287 的本部分适用于标称电压高于1000V、频率不超过100Hz的交流系统中运行的电气装置或设备用的户内或户外支柱瓷或玻璃绝缘子及其元件,以及户内有机材料支柱绝缘子。本部分也可作为直流系统用支柱绝缘子的暂行标准。
本部分包括的绝缘子主要用于隔离开关、断路器、母线和熔断器等电气设备。
本部分包括五种类型的支柱绝缘子:
a) 户内内胶装支柱瓷或玻璃绝缘子;
b) 户内内胶装有机材料支柱绝缘子;
c) 户外内胶装圆柱形支柱瓷或玻璃绝缘子;
d) 户外外胶装圆柱形支柱瓷或玻璃绝缘子;
e) 户外针式支柱瓷或玻璃绝缘子。
术语圆柱形绝缘子也包括截锥形绝缘子。
本部分包括的五种类型绝缘子按其电气、机械和尺寸特性分类。图1、图2、图3、图4和图5分别为每种绝缘子的典型图例。
