本标准规定了视觉信号表面色（普通色、荧光色、逆反射材料色、透射照明信号标志）的定义、通则和允许的颜色色品范围及亮度因数。本标准适用于各类交通信号标志和一般的报警信息及颜色编码。本标准不适用于灯光信号颜色。
