本标准适用于蜂胶原料及蜂胶乙醇提取物中杨树胶的检测。
本标准在进样量为5μL时,水杨苷的最低检测限为1.3μg/mL,蜂胶原料中杨树胶的检出下限约为5%,蜂胶乙醇提取物中杨树胶的检出下限约为15%。
