1 Description 1.0.1 The following conditions are the minimum requirements for contents and depth that shall be provided by the piping layout discipline (excluding equipment layout) in the detailed engineering design. 1.0.2 Content depth of some conditions may be supplemented or modified according to specific project engineering design. 1.0.3 Conditions of foreign engineering or introduced projects shall be implemented as stipulated in the contract or agreement. 1.0.4 Conditions may be delivered according to the relevant documents of the design unit. 1.0.5 Conditions concerning material statistics shall be determined according to the requirements of discipline division of the design unit. 1.0.6 For conditions not included in this standard, each unit may decide separately according to its customary practice. 2 Piping load conditions Piping machinery or piping layout discipline shall be in charge of putting forward the piping load conditions. 2.1 Scope and purpose 2.1.1 This standard is applicable to preparation of piping layout conditions for chemical plant. 2.1.2 The conditions shall be put forward at the stage of piping layout drawing (research version) in detailed engineering design for the civil engineering (or equipment) discipline to carry out structural calculation.   2.2 Supporting information ——Engineering design standard for piping layout; ——Piping layout drawing; ——Equipment layout drawing; ——Piping class table; ——Requirements on thermal insulation design; ——Relevant documents published by the material control discipline; ——Piping and instrumentation diagram (PID). 2.3 Content depth of piping load conditions 2.3.1 Piping load shall include the sum of piping weight, fluid weight, thermal insulation layer weight, concentrated load and other loads (such as snow load). 1 Piping weight The piping weight shall be calculated according to the piping material standard or the information of pipe manufacturer. 2 Fluid weight 1) The fluid is liquid. When the density (ρ) of the fluid is greater than that of water, it is calculated according to the weight of the fluid filling the piping; when the density of fluid (ρ) is less than that of water, it shall be calculated according to the weight of water filling the piping. 2) The fluid is gas. When the gas piping needs to subject to water pressure test, it shall be calculated according to the weight of water filling the piping; when it needs to consider the filling amount of gas condensate in the gas piping, it may be calculated as 10%~20% of the cross-sectional area of the filled piping. 3 Calculation of the weight of thermal insulation layer The weight of thermal insulation layer shall be calculated according to the thermal insulation standard or the information of pipe manufacturer.   4 Concentrated load 1) Weight of pipe fittings (including valves), known from samples or information of manufacturer; 2) Weight of pipe supports and hangers; 3) Reaction force of safety valve, provided by process system discipline; 4) Thrust of regulating valve, provided by instrumentation discipline; 5) Wind load and seismic load, provided by civil engineering discipline. 2.3.2 When pipe support in the device is designed by the civil engineering discipline, the piping machinery (or piping layout) discipline shall put forward the design conditions of the pipe support and attach with sketches. 2.3.3 The first piping load condition in the detailed design stage is limited to the load of 1t and above; the second condition is limited to the load of 200~999kg; all loads below 200kg are included in the average floor load. 2.3.4 In general, piping load can be marked on the equipment layout drawing or the research version of the piping layout drawing. 2.3.5 Piping load of multi-storey floor or platform shall be marked according to the elevation of each floor or platform. 2.3.6 Rooting type of pipe support 1 See HG/T 20549.5 Technical regulations for design of piping layout for chemical plant, Clause 16 for rooting type of pipe support. 2 See Table 2.3.6 Conditions table for piping load on buildings and structures for the piping load on buildings and structures.
1 Description 2 Piping load conditions 3 Piping flexibility calculation conditions 4 Opening conditions on buildings and structures 5 Equipment nozzle and support conditions 6 Local illumination conditions 7 External conditions of piping outside the battery limit (outside pipe)
