1.0.1 This Regulation is formulated for statistical work of materials take-off of instrumentation. It will regulate statistical method and avoid artificial deviation, and thus propitious to rational procurement and construction preparations of instrumentation materials.
1.0.2 This Regulation is applicable to statistics of the following instrumentation materials:

——Materials for instrument utilities piping;
