当试样体积 10.0 mL，进样量 200 mL 时，左旋葡聚糖、甘露聚糖和半乳聚糖的检出限分别为 0.09 mg、0.08 mg 和 0.08 mg，测定下限分别为 0.36 mg、0.32 mg 和 0.32 mg；当采样体积为 24 m3，提取液体积为10 mL、进样量为 200 mL 时，左旋葡聚糖、甘露聚糖、半乳聚糖的方法检出限均为 0.004 mg/m3，测定下限均为 0.016 mg/m3。当颗粒物质量为 0.2 g、提取液体积为 10 mL、进样量为 200 mL 时，左旋葡聚糖、甘露聚糖、半乳聚糖的方法检出限分别为 0.5 mg/g、0.4 mg/g 和 0.4 mg/g，测定下限分别为 2.0 mg/g、1.6 mg/g和 1.6 mg/g。
