固体废物取样量为2.5g，反萃取液体积为3.0mL时，甲基汞的方法检出限为0.07μg/kg，测定下限为0.28μg/kg。固体废物浸出液取样量为250mL，反萃取液体积为3.0mL时，甲基汞和乙基汞的方法检出限均为0.8ng/L，测定下限为3.2ng/L。
