JB/T 8891-1999 本标准是按 GB/T 8190.4-1999《往复式内燃机 排放测量 第 4 部分：不同用途发动机的试验循环》的有关规定，结合目前我国中小功率柴油机排放水平和控制技术，并参考了联合国欧洲经济委员会 ECE R49 的排放规定而制定的。 本标准规定了中小功率柴油机排气污染物排放限值，为道路运输设计的车用柴油机除外。 本标准适用于气缸直径小于或等于 160mm 的中小功率柴油机。主要包括：农用运输车、拖拉机、联合收割机、工程机械、叉车、建筑机械和工业钻井设备等用途的柴油机；发电、排灌水泵、压气机、冷冻机、电恒速用柴油机；船用主机；植保机械用柴油机。 本标准于 1987 年以 GBn 267-87 首次发布。
