本标准规定了电能表用微型电压互感器的术语和定义、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装及贮存。
本标准适用于频率为50 Hz或60 Hz且电压不超过600 V（r.m.s.）电网中的静止式电能表使用的微型电压互感器。
本标准也适用于符合上述条件的供其它仪器仪表使用的微型电压互感器。
