本标准规定了全张及以上幅面单张纸平版印刷机的术语和定义、型式与基本参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则与标志、包装、运输和贮存及测试印版、数据处理方法。
本标准适用于全张及以上（长边尺寸大于等于1092 mm）幅面单面印刷型式的印刷机，也适用于带翻转单面可变双面印刷的全张及以上幅面的印刷机。
