JB/T 3690-1999 本标准等同采用 ISO 6016：1982《土方机械整机及其工作装置和部件的测量方法》。本标准是对 JB 3690-84《土方机械整机及其工作装置和部件的质量测量方法》的修订，修订时按等同采用国际标准的原则作了相应的修改，并按有关规定作了编辑性修改。本标准规定了使用地磅、压力测力计（测力传感器）或拉力测力计对整机及其工作装置和部件的质量测量方法。本标准适用于轮胎式和履带式土方机械。本标准于 1984 年 6 月 12 日首次发布。
