JB/T 4307-2004 Cement mortar for insulators
1 Scope
This standard specifies the definition, classification, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules of cement mortar.
This standard is applicable to cement mortar used for porcelain or glass insulators with portland cement, iron-aluminate cement and sulphoaluminate cement as cementitious materials.

3 Terms and definitions
For the purposes of this standard, the terms and definitions given in GB/T 2900.8, GB/T 4131 and JB/T 5896 and the following apply.
3.1
cement mortar
substance formulated with portland cement or other types of cement that meet the requirements as the cementitious material, along with filling materials such as sand and water, is used to fill the gaps between porcelain or glass insulator porcelain parts or glass parts and metal accessories, as well as between porcelain parts or glass parts, and to permanently connect them after hardening
Note: Admixtures can be added to improve the performance of cement mortar.
3.2
autoclave expansion
in order to enable the periclase (which hydrates slowly under normal conditions) contained in cement in cement mortar to hydrate in a short time, saturated steam it at 215.7℃ (corresponding to a pressure of 2.0MPa) for 3h, and the hydration expansion of periclase and others can be reflected by the deformation of samples
