1 Scope
This Standard specifies the classification, technical requirements and inspection methods of blocks for penetrant testing.
This Standard is applicable to the type inspection and ex-factory inspection of blocks for penetrant testing. This Standard may also be taken as the acceptance criteria for the order of user.
Note: Blocks for penetrant testing applicable to this Standard do not include Type 1 and Type 2 testing-blocks in GB/T 18851.3.
