1 Scope This standard specifies type, basic parameter, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of oil-transferring gear pumps (including external gear pumps and internal gear pumps, hereinafter referred to as pumps). This standard is applicable to the pumps that transfer lubricative oils and liquids similar to oils, free from solid particle and fiber, not higher than 150℃, and within the viscosity scope of 5×10-6m2/s~1.5×10-3m2/s (external gear pump) or 1×10-5 m2/s~3×10-1 m2/s (internal gear pump). 2 Normative References The following standards contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this standard.
