This standard specifies such technical requirements as structural type, material and heat treatment, dimensional tolerance, verification and acceptance, marking, rustproof, packaging and storage of the standards used for measuring the rolling bearings and their parts (hereinafter referred to as standards).
This standard is applicable to the standards within the following dimensional range:
- Nominal inside diameter of standards used for measuring the cylindrical bore of rolling bearing: 0.6 mm~400 mm;
- Nominal outside diameter of standards used for measuring the cylinder of rolling bearing: 2.5 mm~500 mm;
- Nominal inside diameter of standards used for measuring the tapered bore of rolling bearing: ≤500 mm;
- Diameter of standards used for measuring the outer ring raceway of tapered roller bearing: 18 mm~500 mm;
- Diameter of standards used for measuring the inner ring raceway of tapered roller bearing: 18 mm~400 mm;
- Width of standards used for measuring the width of rolling bearing: ≤400 mm;
- Nominal diameter of standards used for measuring tapered roller: ≤120 mm.
