本标准规定了液压蓄能器压力容腔体的额定疲劳压力和额定静态压力的验证方法。本标准适用于金属材料制成的气液式蓄能器的压力容腔体。本标准也适用于由金属材料制成的用来分隔两种液体的液压传递器，及与蓄能器的储气腔相连的气瓶。本标准不适用于由非金属材料制成的蓄能器、液压传递器和气瓶，也不适用于非气液式(例如重锤式或弹簧式)蓄能器。本标准不适用于因化学反应或金属腐蚀而导致材料强度下降后的验证。
