1 Scope
This standard specifies types, dimensions, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, etc. of gearboxes for transportation machinery (hereinafter referred to as "gearboxes").
This standard is applicable to conic and cylindrical gearboxes with DBY two stage driving and DCY three stage driving. DBY and DCY gearboxes are mainly used for transportation machinery, and may also be used for various general machinery such as metallurgy, mine, chemical industry, coal, building material, light industry and petroleum, and the operating conditions shall meet the following requirements:
a) The maximum rotation speed of the input shaft shall not be larger than 1500r/min;
b) The circumferential velocity of the gear shall not be larger than 20m/s;
c) The working ambient temperature shall be -40~+45℃. Where the ambient temperature is less than 0℃, the lubricating oil before starting shall be heated.
