JC/T 1088-2021 Methods for chemical analysis of granulated electric furnace phosphorous slag English 1 Scope This document specifies the methods for chemical analysis of granulated electric furnace phosphorous slag and the inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry, with the chemical analysis methods further divided into reference methods and alternative methods. In case of dispute, the reference methods shall prevail. This document is applicable to granulated electric furnace phosphorus slag and other materials for which this document is designated to be adopted. 2 Normative references The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this text, constitute provisions of this document. For dated references, only the edition cited applies. For undated references, the latest edition of the referenced document (including any amendments) applies. GB/T 176 Methods for chemical analysis of cement GB/T 2007.1 General rules for the sampling and sample preparation of minerals in bulk - Sampling by manual method GB/T 6682 Water for analytical laboratory use - Specification and test methods GB/T 8170 Rules of rounding off for numerical values & expression and judgement of limiting values JC/T 850 Methods of chemical analysis of iron raw materials for cement industry 3 Terms and definitions No terms and definitions are listed in this document. 4 General requirements for test 4.1 Number of tests and requirements The number of tests for each component is specified as two determinations using the methods listed in this document. The absolute difference between two results shall be within the tolerance in the same laboratory (see Table 1). The mean of the two test results shall be used to express the determination result. Except for determination of loss on ignition, blank test shall be carried out in parallel, and the determination results shall be corrected. 4.2 Expression of masses, volumes and results Express masses in “grams (g)” to the nearest of 0.0001g. Express volumes from burettes in “millilitres (mL)” to the nearest of 0.01 mL. Express the titers in “milligrams per milliliter (mg/mL)”. The concentration, titer and volume ratio of the reference titration solution shall be rounded to 4 significant figures. Unless otherwise stated, all analysis results shall be based on mass fraction. The analysis result of chloride ion shall be expressed in % to three decimal places, and the analysis result of other items shall be expressed in % to two decimal places.
